Kater CLI Your terminal scope
kater scope show
Shows the scope that kater scope use saved.
It says missing when you have not saved one.
Examples
# Show the saved scopekater scope show# Save a scope, when it says missingkater scope use connections/snowflake_prod_connection/workspaces/ad_reportingOptions
It also takes the global options --json, --kater-root, --scope and --help.
What it shows
status is ok, and the answer holds what kater scope use saved. That is the content root, the workspace or connection, the layer, and the model when you selected one. When the saved place moved, or you lost access to it, the command stops. Run kater scope use again.
The Files terminal and the Kater MCP never read the saved scope, so there the command always says missing.
