Kater CLI Find and understand model

kater model show

Shows one model's saved contract, by its name.

A contract is what the model’s last compile saved: its label, description, fields, filters, parameters, relationships and business questions. It also says whether that contract is still current.

To show many models at one time, use kater model describe.

Examples

cd connections/snowflake_prod_connection/modeling
# Show the shared ad_reporting model
kater model show semantic.ad_reporting
# Show the shared marketing_sessions model
kater model show semantic.marketing_sessions

Arguments

<reference>The model, by its name or typed address, such as semantic.ad_reporting.

Options

It also takes the global options --json, --kater-root, --scope and --help.
