The file sits beside the model, in explore/<type>/<name>.explore.yaml. For ad_reporting, it is modeling/kater_objects/semantic_models/marts/explore/semantic/ad_reporting.explore.yaml.

Where the questions come from

Before the file is saved, a model’s questions are the ones its authors wrote. These are the model’s own business questions, and those of its fields. A question that two fields ask comes once. With --llm, an AI model plans questions and adds new ones.
