Kater CLI Present and share promotion admin

kater promotion admin list

Lists every promotion, newest first.

That is what a scan recommends, what people asked for, and what the data team moved up. Each has its target, its definitions and its state.

# List the promotions that were applied

Options

OptionDescription
--connection <name>Lists only the promotions of this connection, such as snowflake_prod_connection.
--status <status>Lists only the promotions in this state: open, applied, dismissed or resolved. A promotion is resolved when its repeated definition no longer exists.

It also takes the global options --json, --kater-root, --scope and --help.

What it shows

Each promotion has its state, its field, where it goes, and its id. It also says whether a scan recommended it, people asked for it, or the data team moved it up. It names its definitions. Give its id to the other admin commands. You need the audit:read or the models:write permission.
