Derive

These functions put values into groups, give them new labels, or count the periods between two dates.

The Derive menu writes them. See Groups and flags.

Function	What it does
`KATER__MAP`	A label for each value you list, and one label for every other value.
`KATER__BUCKET`	A label for the band of numbers that each value is in.
`KATER__PERIODS_SINCE`	How many whole periods there are from the since date to this date.
